Punch Minister Serdyukov in the face, that's the general! Airborne commander got into a car accident Which of the generals gave Serdyukov in the face

Defense Minister of Russia Anatoly Serdyukov when visiting the training center "Seltsy" of the Ryazan Airborne School, he swore at the officers of the Airborne Forces, reports "Russian Line".

On this trip, Serdyukov was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Construction and Arrangement, Mr. Novitsky. They arrived by helicopter, 3 hours late from the scheduled time of the visit at 13:00. Before getting off the helicopter, they examined the territory of the training center and the training ground from the air.

They were met by the head of the Ryazan school, Hero of Russia, guard Colonel Andrei Krasov and deputy. the head of the school for the rear of the guard, Colonel Igor Volkov, and also an officer of the military counterintelligence of the FSB of Russia. Commander of the Airborne Forces, Hero of Russia, Lieutenant General Valery Shamanov it was forbidden by the Minister of Defense to participate in a visit to the training center of the Airborne Forces School.

The minister got out of the helicopter already "inflated" and immediately began to curse the head of the school with obscene language. Anatoly Eduardovich repeatedly called the Hero of Russia "fucking ... m" (it is inappropriate to quote other words of profanity here, they also sounded). Trying to humiliate his subordinate more painfully, Mr. Serdyukov finally explained that the reason for his anger was the wooden temple of Elijah the Prophet built on the territory of the training center.

The construction of the landing church is carried out exclusively with the money of sponsors from among the veterans of the Airborne Forces and local residents, as well as the funds of the Ryazan diocese, but the minister was not interested.

"Not a penny was spent on the temple," Russian officers firmly answered him. "In 2011, it is here that it is planned to teach future chaplains for the entire Russian army, 90% of them will be Orthodox church priests and for them." "There is no church in the three nearby villages and two other campuses of training centers, and the residents here need it." "One and a half thousand future professional sergeants are trained here according to a three-year program, and the spiritual work of priests with them should help to instill in them the desire to serve Russia not only for money." "The Airborne Forces are the troops for the war, but there are no atheists in the war."

The Minister of Defense of Russia did not listen to all these arguments of the head of the school; Anatoly Eduardovich shouted: "You live in shit here, in shit and you will die!". "Don't give money for this Airborne Forces center! This school should be cut down altogether. Colonel this insolent to remove and in the troops! "- the minister set tasks to his deputy for construction and development.

The assigned tasks are already being fulfilled.

All the plans for the development of the educational and material base and housing stock of the country's leading military university, prepared in recent months, were "fucked up". The fact that more than a hundred Heroes of the Soviet Union and Russia were trained at the Ryazan Higher Command Airborne School, 29 of them posthumously awarded this title, is not interesting to the minister. He got into the helicopter and flew away. Thus ended the usual visit of the Minister of Defense of Russia to the troops subordinate to him. The military reform of the Russian army is successfully continuing according to the approved plans.

The true biography of Defense Minister A. Serdyukov

On September 30, 2010, at the training ground of the Ryazan Higher Command School of the Seltsy Airborne Forces, one of the loudest scandals in the modern history of Russia took place. Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, flying around the training ground in a helicopter, noticed the unfinished buildings of the barracks and the canteen, he also noticed the Orthodox Church of Elijah the Prophet, built nearby. Coming out of the helicopter, Serdyukov immediately swore at the head of the Ryazan Airborne Forces School, Hero of Russia, Guards Colonel Andrei Krasov and the officers next to him:

Andrei Krasov tried to explain to the minister that not a penny of budgetary money was spent on the construction of the temple, and it was fully erected at the expense of the Ryazan diocese, various sponsors and veterans of the Airborne Forces. Krasov also informed that from 2011 in the temple of Elijah the Prophet they will begin to train army chaplains, who will then be sent to military units throughout the country. He also noted that the nearest temple is located 15 km from the training ground on the other bank of the Oka River, and getting to it for officers, their families, cadets and soldiers, to put it mildly, is problematic.

However, all this only angered Serdyukov, who, in a fit of rage, shouted: “You live in shit here, in shit and you will die! Don't give money for this Airborne Forces center! This school should be cut down altogether. Remove this arrogant colonel - and join the troops! "

After this story, the Union of Russian paratroopers appealed to President Medvedev and Patriarch Kirill with a request not to leave this situation unattended and to intercede for Colonel Andrei Krasov. The representative of the Synodal Department for Cooperation with the Armed Forces, Archpriest Alexander Ilyashenko, did not stand aside, who demanded that the Minister of Defense apologize to the commander of the Ryazan Airborne Force School, and, regardless of whether he did it or not, said that Serdyukov should resign : This situation "from the worst side" characterizes Serdyukov himself as "a person who has nothing to do with the army" and "does not have any credit of trust, not only among the Armed Forces, but also among civilians."

The ever-increasing discontent among the troops about the new defense minister's policies has reached its peak. Even the officers of the elite units, who directly report to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief through the General Staff, expressed their dissatisfaction.

Details immediately surfaced of how the Ministry of Defense, in the amount of 280 million rubles, purchased defective parachutes for the Airborne Forces. The Chief Military Prosecutor of the Russian Federation Sergei Fridinsky said: “The cunning entrepreneurs made these parachutes not from new raw materials, but from old parts. Representatives of the army customer and military representatives, I think, not disinterestedly, turned a blind eye to this. Research carried out by specialists has shown that these parachutes cannot be used. " As it turned out, this is far from an isolated case, and that in a similar way, for fabulous money, the troops received defective body armor, decommissioned ammunition and parts for helicopters and aircraft.

A number of State Duma deputies in an open letter to the president demanded the immediate resignation of Anatoly Serdyukov, who with his reforms only destroys the country's defense capability. The letter also said about the immediate plans of the Ministry of Defense, according to which, in three years, the Ground units will be reduced by 12 times, the Air Force-Air Defense and the Navy by 2 times, the Strategic Missile Forces by a third, and the Airborne Forces by 20 percent.

“The actual rout of the General Staff continues, which will also be more than halved. Experts are outraged by this rush. Over three years, it is planned to cut more than 2,000 units and formations of our Armed Forces. No other country in the world has known such rates of “circumcision”.

Information about personnel reshuffles in the War Department began to appear in the press. So, instead of Colonel-General Viktor Vlasov, head of the Quartering and Arrangement Service, Colonel-General Viktor Vlasov, who committed suicide in 2008 (according to some reports, this happened a couple of days after the conversation with Serdyukov), the head of a construction company from St. Petersburg Leonid Sorokko was appointed to this position. It is worth noting that Sorocco's official salary in the new position is noticeably less than what he earned in his business. So why did he accept this offer? Perhaps because now he annually controls tens of billions of rubles allocated from the federal budget for the construction of houses for officers and other facilities of the Ministry of Defense.

The Main Directorate of Capital Construction of the Ministry of Defense has also noticeably replenished with purely civilian "specialists" from the city on the Neva. Their qualifications raise great doubts, but this does not prevent them from making statements about the need to privatize most of the facilities of the RF Armed Forces in Moscow. So, it was the leaders invited by Serdyukov who proposed to move the Main Headquarters of the Navy, the Peter the Great Academy, the CSK complexes and a number of other facilities from the capital.

The rest of the military departments were no more fortunate, and soon the so-called "St. Petersburg" ones also appeared in them. The program for the privatization of military facilities of the Ministry of Defense throughout Russia was headed by the former top manager of the Lenstroyrekonstruktsiya corporation Lev Vinnik and the general director of the St. Petersburg defense plant Leninets, Alexander Gorbunov. It should be noted that the Lenstroyrekonstruktsiya corporation belongs to Andrei Molchanov, the son of the current vice-governor of St. Petersburg, Yuri Molchanov, who in the 90s, together with Vladimir Putin, worked at the St. Petersburg University at the Department of International Relations.

Another scandal received a lot of attention in the press. In June 2010, an order for the purchase of furniture for the needs of the Ministry of Defense and Rosoboronpostavka appeared on the open website of the State Purchases. So, the head of the last department needed a set of furniture of 29 items for his office. Including quote: "Olive root and beech veneer table with mahogany veneer with meander marketed". Deputies of Rosoboronpostavka and lower-ranking executives had similar requests, for a total of 20.3 million rubles.

On his personal account, Anatoly Serdyukov also decided not to save money and asked: “The table should be made of an array of valuable types of wood with antique handmade finishing. Handles - gold, color - dark cherry. "

Such attention and requests for furniture from the head of the Ministry of Defense is not accidental. After graduating from the Leningrad Institute of Trade, Serdyukov in the period from 1984 to 1985 served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. True, for some unknown reason, instead of the prescribed two years, he served only a year and a half - and this is the entire military experience of the Minister of Defense of a nuclear power.

After the army, Serdyukov began to work in the Lenmebeltorg store No. 3, which in 1986 changed its sign to "Dresden" and began selling furniture from the GDR. Moreover, according to the recollections of eyewitnesses, Serdyukov was in charge of the wall department in the store. By the way, the store was famous not only in Leningrad, but throughout the Union - it was very difficult to get scarce, and even imported furniture at that time. However, "Dresden" did not work for long, and after the unification of Germany it ceased to exist.

However, Serdyukov, apparently, liked working in the furniture business so much that until 2000 he was the general director of Mebel-Market JSC. In the late 90s, Serdyukov entered the correspondence department of the law faculty of St. Petersburg State University, where he met his current wife, daughter of Viktor Zubkov (now the first deputy prime minister of the Russian Federation). From that moment on, Anatoly Serdyukov's career took off:

2001 - Head of the Tax Inspectorate of St. Petersburg

2004 - Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia

2007 - Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation

This is how, thanks to the marriage to the daughter of an official close to Vladimir Putin, Anatoly Serdyukov turned from a simple "furniture maker" into the Minister of Defense of the world's largest country.

The paratroopers' appeal to the People,

President, Federal Assembly of Russia,

Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.

A blatant case of hazing and rudeness of the Minister of Defense A. Serdyukov in relation to our comrade-in-arms, Hero of Russia, Guards. Colonel Andrey Krasov (head of the Ryazan branch of the Combined Arms Academy of the RF Armed Forces) occurred on September 30, 2010.

While visiting the Seltsy training center near Ryazan, A. Serdyukov in a rude form, with obscene language insulted the Hero of Russia, Guards. Colonel Andrei Krasov, humiliating his professional and personal dignity in front of his subordinates. The religious feelings of the paratroopers, who at their own expense built the Temple of Elijah the Prophet, the spiritual patron of the troops, were also insulted. And this is the fourth military temple, which A. Serdyukov orders to demolish.

Similar actions and tyranny were manifested by him earlier. This person has no authority either among the troops, or among the veterans, or among the population. He showed the inability to lead the troops when forcing Georgia to peace in August 2008. We remember the news when the President of the country “told” the Minister of Defense about the course of hostilities and the development of the operation, and not vice versa.

Today, the Airborne Forces by the Minister of Defense are deliberately subjected to sophisticated persecution, including:

The airborne school is cut off from the troops. It is entrusted to lead it to an outsider in order to forever "eradicate the spirit" of the victorious officers who protected Russia from decay and humiliation, who brought glory to the Fatherland in Afghanistan, Chechnya, Yugoslavia, Georgia;

The headquarters of the Airborne Forces is being moved to 300 km. from Moscow. Now, when the minutes are counted, the troops will receive orders from the High Command 8-10 hours later and their secrecy is not guaranteed;

The most important components have been excluded from the structure of the Airborne Forces, allowing them to operate independently in remote and isolated areas. Now there is no one there to defend Russia's interests;

For the troops, pre-conscription training for VUS has been stopped (except for drivers). Parents pay for flying clubs parachute training of their children who want to serve in the Airborne Forces;

The status of 242 training centers of the Airborne Forces and airborne brigades is deliberately diminished in comparison with similar formations in other troops;

The unique museum of the 80-year history of the troops that gave the Fatherland hundreds of Heroes, of which more than half are posthumous, is being destroyed. This is called vandalism in all countries.

The International Union of Paratroopers and the Union of Russian Paratroopers (135 organizations, 35,000 members and hundreds of thousands of sympathizers, carrying out patriotic education and training of young people for military service in 64 regions of Russia) appeal to the President of Russia to investigate these facts and take the necessary measures.

The lives of our comrades given for the Motherland, our own combat path and many years of service to the People of Russia allow us to demand moral satisfaction. An insult to the Hero of Russia A. Krasov is an insult to all defenders of our Motherland. We turn to parties, public and religious organizations; to veterans and young people who have yet to serve in the army; to the citizens of the country - support our demand!

We reserve the right to hold actions in defense of the honor and dignity of servicemen!

Chairman of the "Union of paratroopers of Russia"
Full Cavalier of the Orders "For Service to the Motherland in the USSR Armed Forces"
Colonel General Vladislav Achalov
Chairman of the International Union of Paratroopers,
The hero of the USSR,
Lieutenant General Albert Slusar

All of a sudden I wanted to REMEMBER what boor VVP put on the post of Minister of Defense in the face of Mr.-comrade-master Tolyan Serdyukov.

And how he was completely whitewashed by sending him to "work" on a responsible post in civil aviation.

And the partner was almost thanked for the stolen, and especially for the highly artistic pictures of the outstanding thief.

We are talking about Vasilyeva (not the Minister of Education, but Serdyukov's accomplice), who got off with a slight fright and fake sitting in a comfortable "cell" at home.

7 YEARS have passed, and the flowers of indulging the embezzlers and destroyers have borne fruit. The defeat was powerful. It hounds in aviation, in UAVs, and in reconnaissance - yes, in everything ...

And then Gref and Nabiullina were capricious - they don’t give money for the defense industry (“No money! Everybody, happiness and success!”) And that's it.

And no one can tell them! Neither the State Duma, nor the Government, nor the President! - only the State Department obey, you rascals!

And they steal in Russia not in hundreds of millions and billions, but have swung at trillions ... Look in the "offshore".

The incident with the American General Stanley McChrystal, who suddenly got into a conversation, is yet another proof that the commander's outward performance does not at all cancel his inner convictions. And these convictions, once presented to the world, can confuse anyone, the supreme commander in the first place. Contemporary Russian history is full of such episodes.

I remember the case when Defense Minister Igor Rodionov suddenly said something from the parliamentary rostrum about which figures of his level were supposed to be silent. He cut the truth about the deplorable state of the army, about the deliberately failed funding, about the disruption of weapons programs, and so on. A few days before that, I sat in the minister's office and wrote down his evasive, politically consistent, and therefore incredibly boring answers to my questions about military reform. What happened, why did the blood of the ever-memorable messenger Krapilin suddenly leapt into this well-trained general, a fan of jazz music and, as it seemed to me, a complete nonsense? The truth thumped in the face of the authorities and on the same day he was removed from the ministers and dismissed.

Any psychologist will tell you that the amount of accumulated negative emotions will sooner or later manifest itself in a qualitative explosion. And then everything happens contrary to common sense and regardless of faces. For the military environment, especially today, where all kinds of experiences are in abundance, such emissions occur much more often than it becomes public knowledge.

Here is a relatively recent example, which a knowledgeable officer of the Ministry of Defense told me about. One of the high-ranking generals hit Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov in the face. The case took place in front of the entrance to the conference room, where the meeting was already awaiting its minister. Passing through the foyer, Serdyukov noticed the general speaking on a mobile phone, approached him and made a remark in a rude (they say, for a minister, the usual) form - like "run to the place!" And in response he received a splash in the face. As General Shamanov said a few days later: "Our troops are hitting fast and hard." The fighter was quickly dismissed with the wording "by length of service", although he could serve for another six years.

At the same time, my acquaintance noted one circumstance - the story in the ministerial lobbies was retold with undisguised envy of the dismissed general.

But this, we will assume, is a reaction to rudeness, protection of personal honor. Although it is possible that the general put into his blow all the strength of the accumulated feelings about the reforms carried out by Serdyukov. No matter how clear-cut the formation of the military may be in the mind of the civilian chief, it is difficult to believe in their loyalty to the minister. This is not just a disagreement between professionals and an amateur; here different human natures, if you will, come into conflict. On the one hand, the generals are always conservative, like the military regulations, on the other, the manager, seized by the excitement of innovation as an end in itself. In such an atmosphere, how many Russian McChrystals are holding their fists at their seams with the last bit of strength?

But you don’t have to give out scandalous interviews, shout from the stands, or break the noses of your bosses. This is an extreme degree of freedom. Opposition is not hard to spot with an attentive gaze trained in Spot the Difference games.

Literally on the eve of the report of Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, two of his subordinates spoke at the Federation Council: Chief of the General Staff Nikolai Makarov - in the Senate Defense and Security Committee, and Acting Chief of Armaments Oleg Frolov - at parliamentary hearings in the lower house. Makarov told the senators that things are bad with the contract service - now there are 190 thousand "double basses" in the ranks, and it is planned to reduce them to at least 120 thousand. Frolov, on the other hand, did not agree with the amount of expenditures for the rearmament program approved by the government: they give 13 trillion rubles, but 36 trillion is needed.

Serdyukov disavowed both statements. From the podium of the Federation Council, he assured that everything is okay with the contract - now there are 150 thousand "pros", and there will be 200-250 thousand. As for the dissatisfaction with the allocated funds, the minister assured that the tasks set by the government and the president, we will fulfill within the amount allocated to us, there is no need for too much.

There are many such inconsistencies in the Russian military leadership. And it is not surprising: in the defense department two thoughts coexist peacefully (for the time being) - military and managerial. And when they cross, striking a spark, one can only guess. But I have no doubt that both Serdyukov and Medvedev and Putin will then hear a lot of interesting things about themselves. Like Obama from McChrystal. Vladimir Ermolin

On September 30, 2010 at 16:10, Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov visited the Seltsy training center of the Ryazan Airborne School (now a branch of the Frunze Combined Arms Academy), Russkaya Liniya reports.

On the trip, he was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Construction and Development, Mr.

The commander of the Airborne Forces, Hero of Russia, Lieutenant General V. Shamanov was forbidden by the Minister of Defense to participate in a visit to the training center of the Airborne Forces School.

“Not a single kopeck has been spent on the church,” the Russian officers steadfastly answered him. “The temple is needed by family members of officers and hundreds of soldiers and cadets, since the nearest one is 15 kilometers away on the other side of the Oka, and there is no bridge.” "In 2011, it is here that it is planned to teach future chaplains for the entire Russian army, 90% of them will be Orthodox church priests and for them." “There is no church in the three nearby villages and two other townships of training centers, and the residents here need it.” "One and a half thousand future professional sergeants are trained here according to a three-year program, and the spiritual work of priests with them should help to instill in them the desire to serve Russia not only for money." "The Airborne Forces are the troops for the war, but there are no atheists in the war."

The Minister of Defense of Russia did not listen to all these arguments of the head of the school; Anatoly Eduardovich shouted: "You live in shit here, in shit and you will die!" “Don't give money for this Airborne Forces center! This school should be cut down altogether. Colonel this insolent to remove and in the army! " - the minister set tasks to his deputy for construction and development.

The assigned tasks are already being fulfilled.

All the plans for the development of the educational and material base and housing stock of the country's leading military university, prepared in recent months, have been "screwed up".
